How will our learning resource ensure that that the needs of all learners can be met?

First is the pacing of the resource. It is self passed, although there are time estimates on how long a resource should take they are not required. More of suggestions or reflections on how long you have actually spent on it.

Second, we have reduced the color scheme down so that those who have color blindness are not affected answering or interacting with the activities. Many times in our classes we have seen instructors use an abundance of colors that made it difficult to read even for those who are not color blind.

Third is access. Learners do not require a specific device to complete the resource. This also circles back to self pace as you can work on it anywhere you would like (bus ride home or park)

Fourth is fairness. As it is a shared resource all individuals are able to see each others answers. This is so that individuals are able to go back to the dock and change or update their answer if their are first to complete as they read thought the other answers. Additionally it supports those who are unsure of answers allowing for them to see what others have put down.

Fifth is privacy. If learners do not wish for others to see their answers they can easily make a duplicate of the resource activity fill it in and share it directly back to us.

Sixth prior knowledge. Although some of these tasks may seem complicated as the systems are new to use. There are no requirements to be proficient in them. The resource provides templates and tutorials of the tasks in both written and video form. This allows learners to follow step by step process to complete the activity while also being able to revisit any steps they missed or found unclear.

With all of these in consideration this resource is suitable to many to compete without any stress. While also being provided with resources on how to access and use the software for the interactive activities in case there are any concerns.
